Please review our refund policy below:
1. Physical Products (Apparel, Merchandise)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in original condition. We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color if available. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. To start a return, email contact@sisterhealthempowerment.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Memberships, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the product description. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items unless you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the digital product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right!
